Junior CRM Manager
Minimum required Education: Master or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing preferably in consumer goods or retail.
This role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, E-commerce, Operations, IT and Data teams to deliver targeted campaigns and optimize the E2E consumer journeys experience. Creates value by delivering new CRM Journeys and CRM Journey enhancements . Creates value delivering insights on Engagement KPI’s and best practices, driving the Loyalty and Engagement of Consumers and Professionals in the Philips database. Role models Philips Culture and Behaviors, builds and develops an organization that sustainably delivers on our commitment to quality, customers, and to our strategic and financial objectives.
Work with CRM Lead and CRM Managers to support the development and execution of CRM strategies, aimed at driving acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value for PH Consumers and Professionals
Be the SPOC of PH BUs and Regions, owning and managing the relationship with stakeholders, supporting and collaborating with them on delivering BU and local-dedicated CRM initiatives, and creating CRM global templates for them
Prioritize & deliver global CRM roadmap, supporting planning and execution of new journeys and journeys’ optimization
Build performance management framework for CRM related KPI’s, track journeys’/ campaigns’ performance and own monthly performance review for CRM.
Build and deploy campaigns using the CRM platform (Commercial moments, NPIs, ad-hoc campaigns, etc)
Partner with Design, Content, Operations, IT and Data teams on delivering targeted and personalized CRM communications
Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 1-3 years of experience in marketing preferably in consumer goods or retail
Experience in CRM and understanding of Consumer Experience drivers & processes.
Basic understanding of marketing audiences and segmentation
Analytical mindset and comfort working with data
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, able to connect people and ideas
Strong project management and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
