In this highly influential role, you will configure, enhance, optimize, and support our global Salesforce environment. Acting as a trusted partner to the business, you will ensure Salesforce aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable value across Marketing, Sales, and Commercial Supply Chain functions.
The role is suited to professionals who enjoy working end‑to‑end—from understanding business needs to translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions—whether from a consulting, product, or specialist background.
Configure, customize, and support our global Salesforce platform.
Act as a functional expert for Salesforce capabilities, data models, and processes.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate system upgrades and integrations (e.g. Oracle, Workday Adaptive).
Collaborate closely with IT and architecture teams to ensure data integrity and platform stability.
Drive continuous improvements to maximize Salesforce value and adoption.
Implement automation, integration, and enhanced functionalities to improve efficiency.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and translate new features into practical, business‑ready solutions.
Gather, document, prioritize, and deliver functional and technical requirements.
Improve CRM‑related processes with a strong focus on usability and scalability.
Work in an agile delivery environment (Kanban, Scrum), contributing to iterative and high‑quality outcomes.
Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and best‑practice documentation.
Act as a key point of contact for Salesforce‑related questions and enhancements.
Support user adoption through training, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance, engagement, and CRM effectiveness.
Translate data into actionable insights for business and leadership teams.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a consultant, specialist, administrator, or product-focused role.
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and core platform capabilities.
Solid understanding of business processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
Experience working with stakeholders to deliver CRM enhancements and improvements.
Familiarity with agile ways of working, UAT, and release management.
Knowledge of Oracle Order‑to‑Cash and/or SAP Ariba (advantageous).
Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to turn requirements into value‑driven solutions.
Customer‑centric, proactive, and improvement‑focused approach.
Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
Fluency in English (required); French, Spanish, Portuguese, Norwegian, or Icelandic are a plus.
