Key Responsibilities
Sales Compensation Data & Plan Administration
· Support the administration of sales incentive plans across assigned business units or regions.
· Own and manage sales compensation datasets, including bookings, ACV/ARR, renewals, churn, and adjustments, ensuring data integrity throughout commission cycles.
· Validate sales transactions and crediting outcomes in accordance with compensation policies and business rules.
· Support data corrections and approved adjustments, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and audit traceability.
· Support monthly and quarterly commission close activities, including validation of results, issue resolution, and coordination with cross-functional partners as needed.
Quota, Territory & Deal Support
· Support quota and territory alignment activities by validating data and monitoring downstream compensation impact.
· Assist with mid-year quota or territory changes and ensure compensation implications are correctly reflected.
· Support large or complex deal reviews by validating quote & transaction data and analyzing commission impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations to support compensation operations and resolve data or policy-related questions.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, balancing accuracy, speed, and consistency.

Required Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, compensation consulting, or data management / data analysis–related roles.
· Hands-on experience supporting sales compensation data, commission calculations, and related operational processes.
· Experience supporting deal booking, deal review, or working closely with Deal Desk / Sales Operations on complex or non-standard deals is a strong plus.
· Experience with recurring revenue business models (e.g., subscription, ARR/ACV, renewals) is strongly preferred.
Technical & Analytical Skills
· Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability to work with large, complex datasets.
· Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to improve data validation, analysis, and documentation efficiency.
· Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) is a plus.
Soft Skills
· Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
· Comfortable working with ambiguity and solving complex, data-driven problems.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
