You are a detail-oriented and operationally minded Sales Operations professional who takes pride in keeping the revenue engine running smoothly. You enjoy working with data, systems, and processes, and you get satisfaction from producing clean, accurate reporting that people actually use. You are a reliable support to the Revenue Operations Business Partners and sales leaders across multiple software companies, and you bring consistency, accuracy, and a positive attitude to everything you do. You demonstrate daily the Access Core Values of curiosity, resilience, caring, flexibility, accountability, and commercial focus.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports, and build MBR/QBR packs combining pipeline, bookings, and forecast data for leadership reviews.
Maintain Salesforce CRM data quality, performing regular system updates, opportunity record hygiene checks, and data cleansing tasks to support accurate forecasting and reporting across divisions
Support core sales operations — onboarding new hires, administering commission processes, updating planning tools, and handling cross‑divisional tasks like order issues and contract admin.
Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and proactively identify process or reporting gaps, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual work
Experience in Sales/Revenue Operations; comfortable using Salesforce
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation) with desirable exposure to Tableau or other BI tools.
Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while communicating clearly with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Eager to learn and grow in revenue operations, with helpful experience in creating clear presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and using project/task management tools.
