ABOUT THE ROLE
As our (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager, US (m/w/d) , you will be at the strategic core of our go-to-market engine and reporting to our VP of Growth while working hybrid in New York City or Remote US.
You’ll belong to our commercial growth department and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to design, implement, and refine processes that drive revenue growth. With your analytical mindset, you’ll identify operational inefficiencies, propose data-driven solutions, and orchestrate seamless execution to fuel scalable success.

OTE Range: 100k- 140k Base + Commission
WHAT YOU`LL DO
GTM Execution & Strategy: Shape and operationalize the Go-To-Market playbook for the US market - from prospect identification and outbound workflows to pipeline management and sales enablement.
AI Enablement: Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and processes and create efficiency gains. Use AI technologies to automate tasks, gain insights from data and make more informed decisions.
Process Optimization: Design and refine end-to-end processes—from lead acquisition to customer lifecycle management - ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
Data & Analytics: Establish reporting frameworks, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making. Manage CRM data integrity and ensure accurate forecasting.
Revenue Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set revenue targets, develop forecasts, and manage pipelines that reflect our ambitious growth objectives.
Technology Stack Management: Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools and platforms that support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams (e.g., CRM, Growth automation, BI tools).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leaders to streamline handoffs, harmonize data flows, and optimize the customer journey.
Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks or gaps and champion continuous improvement projects to elevate team performance and revenue attainment.
Leadership & Mentoring (Senior-level): Guide junior team members, champion best practices, and foster a results-driven, collaborative culture.
WHAT YOU`LL BRING
Experience: 1-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales, GTM Operations, or a similar GTM role within a high-growth B2B environment - preferably in FinTech or SaaS.
GTM Expertise: Proven experience supporting or leading Go-To-Market initiatives, ideally including new market launches or US market expansion.
Hands-On: You are an entrepreneurial person who is hands-on, likes to take on responsibility right from the start and drive your own projects forward.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data to drive strategy, with a track record of building and interpreting performance dashboards, pipeline forecasts, and funnel metrics.
Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot), revenue automation tools, analytics platforms, and related RevOps technology stacks.
Process & Project Management: Demonstrated success in fast paced environments, process design, optimization, and cross-functional project leadership.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance big-picture strategy with operational detail, maintaining a focus on both immediate execution and long-term goals.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English.
