We are looking for a business-focused, analytical Business Analyst to join Commercial Operations team.
The primary objective of this role is to provide reliable data, meaningful analysis, and clear insights that enable the Sales organization to quickly draw the right conclusions and make confident, well-informed decisions.
This position is fully embedded within Commercial Operations and acts as a strategic partner to Sales — understanding their challenges, targets, and opportunities through numbers, and translating data into practical business guidance.
The Business Analyst serves as a trusted analytical partner for the Sales organization. By deeply understanding commercial processes, performance drivers, and customer dynamics, this role transforms data into insights that directly support revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.
Success in this role means not only delivering accurate reports, but proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and performance trends that help Sales leaders act decisively.
Analyze sales performance, customer data, pipeline, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights tailored to Sales leadership needs.
Support forecasting, and target-setting processes.
Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions based on data analysis.
Evaluate effectiveness of commercial initiatives, campaigns etc.
Provide scenario analysis and data-backed recommendations to support decision-making.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve sales dashboards and performance reports.
Define and standardize KPIs across the Sales organization.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of reported data.
Act as a trusted advisor and analytical partner to Sales leaders and Commercial Operations.
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable indicators.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, sales analytics, or business performance analysis.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights that drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial acumen.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations.
Experience working in a fast-growing or dynamic business environment.

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
Monthly Gross Compensation Range:
zł10.575,00 - zł21.975,00 Per Month
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
