1. 與客戶進行需求訪談，彙整歸納需求重點，提出顧問觀點及建議 2. 依需求設計業務場景及流程，協助系統測試及使用者驗證 3. 管理專案進度，協助專案執行及內外部溝通協調，確保專案品質，具PMP證照佳。 4. 有行銷雲(Marketing Cloud)與Line整合經驗佳

2. 對未知的數位技術及工具抱有高度學習熱忱
3. 對CRM領域(Salesforce平台、顧客體驗、會員忠誠計畫...等)抱有興趣且願意持續深耕
