GTM Strategy & Execution: Lead the launch of new services and products in the LATAM market, defining pricing, positioning, and sales readiness.
Market Entry & Expansion: Conduct deep-dive research on competitors and local trends to architect how Reonic effectively enters and dominates new segments.
Revenue Streams Innovation: Identify and validate new revenue opportunities by analyzing market gaps and customer needs.
Cross-functional Orchestration: Act as the "connective tissue" between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless and successful market launch.
Strategic Market Intelligence: Translate complex market data into actionable business plans that drive scale and profitability.
GTM Mindset: You have experience (or strong interest) in product launches, market entry strategy, or business development projects.
Effective Communicator: Ability to present complex strategic visions to global stakeholders and local teams in Portuguese.
Passion for Impact: A genuine desire to accelerate the global energy transition.
