Campaign Operations Manager

About you:

You enjoy turning ideas into campaigns that feel smooth, clear and engaging. You’re confident working with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, and you’re comfortable managing the detail that keeps campaigns running well. You like solving problems, spotting ways to improve things and helping teams reach the right people at the right time. You’re curious, calm under pressure and enjoy working with others to get things done.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Build and run multi‑step marketing campaigns that respond to how people behave online.
• Create and improve emails and landing pages, making sure they’re clear, accessible and on brand.
• Set up audience groups using simple filters, such as what people have clicked on or the pages they have visited.
• Review campaign performance and share ideas to help us improve future activity.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in using Marketo to build automated campaigns.
• Confidence in writing clear, engaging email content and subject lines.
• An understanding of how customer data flows between marketing systems and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Knowledge of A/B testing to find out what works best for different audiences.
