What you will be doing at ARROW:

Day-to-day ordering support and customer service activities for assigned accounts. This includes order requests, order processing, purchasing, etc...D

Ensure data accuracy & integrity and support in order delivery in a timely manner.

Analyze line items to determine appropriate pricing model.

Identify and action purchase order reschedules, cancellations, and purchasing products to authorized levels.

Manage inventory availability to established stock rules. Support product allocation process at a device and customer level.

Determine the correct item based on vendor product configuration information and create the appropriate SKU.

Serve as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (internal sales, engineers, suppliers, purchasing, and other corporate departments), vendor resources, and customers.

Demonstrate a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipate our customers’ requirements and communicate efforts in a timely and effective manner.

Create a strong relationships with our internal sales departments in Europe.

Serve as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (internal sales, engineers, suppliers, purchasing, and other corporate departments), vendor resources, and customers.

Compiling and distributing standard reports for internal stock, SKU management etc.
¿WHO YOU ARE?
-
You already have few years of experience at similar position (processing orders, sales support, purchasing etc.)
-
You are fluent in English. Any additional European language will be a great plus

You are a proficient user of MS Excel and the other MS Office tools

You have an experience with ERP systems

You are able to identify and assesses the problem, find the solution and make decisions on your own

You know how to work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
-
You are able to work overtime hours if needed (usually at month / quarter / year-end)
Experience / Education

Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2–4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience."
