As a GTM Engineer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our Revenue Operations team. Your main task will be to leverage AI-powered workflows that streamline various processes, improving collaboration across sales, marketing, and customer success domains. With a focus on identifying opportunities and implementing technical solutions, you'll drive significant improvements in deal velocity and workflow efficiency. This role offers the chance to directly influence key performance metrics and contribute to the overall success of our partner's operations.
Accountabilities
- Design and deploy agentic workflows that automate prep, CRM updates, summaries, and admin tasks across Sales, AM, and CS.
- Architect AI-native automations that surface next-best actions and trigger timely follow-ups to improve deal velocity.
- Build signal detection systems that monitor usage shifts, renewal risks, and expansion opportunities.
- Integrate and evolve the GTM stack, ensuring cohesive data flow across platforms.
- Develop core systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and sales workflows.
- Construct enablement signal pipelines from execution data across various tools.
- Replace static playbooks with dynamic, embedded guidance for reps' daily workflows.
- Drive and measure operational impact based on key metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales engineering at a fast-paced company.
- Expertise in orchestrating modern GTM stacks and building automated workflows.
- Experience in developing AI-native workflows that support the customer lifecycle.
- Ability to translate complex problems into clean system designs.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI to enhance sales operations.
