Accountabilities
- Lead the technical discovery and implementation of high-value SalesOps projects, including CRM migrations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level executives, aligning technical infrastructure with revenue outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations and Growth leaders to craft the SalesOps service framework.
- Identify opportunities within the existing portfolio for cross-selling and upselling.
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met with high quality.
- Mentor and grow a dedicated SalesOps team as the department expands.
Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and enterprise-level SalesTech stacks.
