Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Systems Manager to lead and scale our sales technology and revenue analytics ecosystem. This role will be responsible for the architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of the CRM environment, while enabling leadership with reliable revenue intelligence.
The position will work closely with Revenue Operations and Finance leadership to manage and expand our core systems, including Salesforce, HubSpot, BI platforms, and data warehouse integrations, along with secondary integrations to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This role will initially build and lead dedicated development teams in India for Salesforce and HubSpot, with future expansion into additional enterprise applications and processes.
The ideal candidate is a people-focused technology leader with strong expertise in CRM systems, solution architecture, data analytics, and enterprise integrations, combined with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Team Leadership & CRM Platform Ownership:
Build, lead, and scale CRM development teams in India, including Salesforce Developers/Admins and HubSpot Developers/Marketing Automation Specialists.
Manage the delivery roadmap and platform ownership for Salesforce and HubSpot.
Drive engineering best practices, code governance, and release management processes.
Ensure strong CRM adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
Oversee custom CRM development, integrations, marketing automation workflows, and system performance optimization.
Maintain CRM data governance, security, and system reliability.
Act as the technical escalation point for complex system or process issues.
Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge resources to support system users.
2. Enterprise Systems & Integrations:
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to support and expand integrations between CRM, data platforms, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Support scalable order-to-cash, billing, and financial system integrations.
Work closely with Data Engineering teams to improve data reliability, reporting accuracy, and system connectivity.
Contribute to the development of future enterprise application capabilities in India.
3. Revenue Analytics:
Support the organization’s revenue reporting framework and analytics infrastructure.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion metrics, and sales productivity.
Stakeholder & Governance Management:
Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to align systems with business needs.
Translate business strategy into a technology and systems roadmap.
Manage prioritization, planning cycles, and development delivery timelines.
Ensure adherence to data privacy, compliance, and security governance standards.
Required Qualifications-
8-12 years in CRM systems / Enterprise Systems.
5+ years managing technical development teams.
Strong hands-on background in Salesforce and HubSpot.
Experience designing CRM workflows, data models, and automations.
Proven track record delivering multi-system integration programs.
Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
Experience with JIRA and Release Management.
Preferred Qualifications-
Exposure to ERP platforms and finance system integrations, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and BI ecosystems.
Experience in SaaS, subscription billing, or high-growth organizations.
Salesforce certifications preferred.
