Accountabilities
- Build and run onboarding programs that get new hires productive fast
- Organize agendas, stakeholders, tools, and resources for sales reps
- Partner with PMM, Product, Sales, and Leadership to define sales messaging
- Deliver sales assets, talk tracks, battlecards, and training
- Improve competitive intelligence and align positioning across teams
- Support deal readiness by helping reps prioritize accounts and sharpen messaging
- Drive adoption of tools, content, and processes that enhance field effectiveness
- Utilize AI and enablement tools to boost team productivity
Requirements
- 10+ Years of Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Ops, PMM, or a related GTM role in the CyberSecurity business
- Ability to build and execute programs and processes from scratch
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Capability to simplify complexity into practical guidance for the team
