ROLE PURPOSE
The Regional Commercial Operations Manager supports the execution, consistency, and scaling of commercial and operational frameworks across BurdaLuxury’s Content Studio regional markets.
Working closely with the Regional Commercial Operations & Strategy Lead, this role translates regional direction into clear processes, accurate execution, and scalable operations, ensuring that pricing, proposals, pipelines, and delivery standards are applied consistently across markets.
This role plays a key part in enabling regional growth, strengthening operational discipline, and supporting commercially sound decision-making across teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Regional Commercial Operations Execution
- Support the execution and adoption of regional commercial standards, pricing frameworks, and proposal structures across all markets.
- Act as the day-to-day point of support for commercial workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Support the roll-out of new commercial processes, starting with Thailand and India, and expanding to Singapore and Malaysia.
2. Pricing, Proposal & Margin Support
- Support the development and review of commercial proposals, pricing logic, and cost structures.
- Assist in margin protection through accurate costing, clear scope definition, and early identification of risks.
- Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates, pricing tools, and commercial
documentation.
3. Pipeline, CRM & Performance Management
- Support the implementation and ongoing accuracy of CRM and pipeline management tools (e.g. Monday.com), ensuring deals, stages, and revenue forecasts are correctly reflected.
- Assist with revenue tracking, pacing, and forecasting by providing clean, reliable data and operational insights.
- Flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps early to support timely course correction.
4. Cross-Market Coordination & Enablement
- Work closely with sales, project management, editorial, partnerships, and events teams to ensure commercial alignment.
- Support regional communication and coordination across markets, helping teams navigate processes smoothly.
- Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting support on commercial processes where needed.
- Ensure best practices and learnings are shared across markets.
5. Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs, playbooks, and templates for commercial operations.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, or gaps and propose practical, workable improvements.
- Support operational readiness for scaling IPs, annual partnerships, and regional initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 6-8+ years’ experience in commercial operations, media agency, or content-led environments.
- Strong understanding of pricing logic, proposal structures, margin control, and delivery workflows.
- Highly organised and commercially minded, with a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and supporting leadership-level decision-making
- Proficiency in Keynote or Canva
- Hands-on experience with CRM and workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com); knowledge of
Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus.
