This role is a high-impact opportunity to lead the Go-to-Market strategy for cutting-edge AI and GPU infrastructure, targeting enterprise, startup, and research customers. You will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to scale revenue, define value propositions, and execute end-to-end GTM strategies. As a senior leader, you will build and mentor a global GTM team, develop scalable playbooks, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption of next-generation AI-first platforms. This role demands a combination of technical expertise in GPU/cloud technologies, entrepreneurial mindset, and executive presence to drive business growth in a fast-moving, global environment. You will also represent the company at industry events, influence product roadmap decisions, and champion customer success initiatives.
Define and execute a global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for GPU and AI infrastructure, including market segmentation, pricing, packaging, and positioning
Build scalable customer acquisition and retention strategies across direct sales, channels, and partnerships
Lead and mentor a high-performing international GTM team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Align GTM plans with product and engineering roadmaps, translating market insights into actionable strategies
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with AI companies, ISVs, integrators, and enterprise clients
Serve as a trusted advisor for key customers, guiding technical and commercial decisions
Promote thought leadership and market presence through industry events, executive engagement, and content initiatives
8โ10+ years of Go-to-Market leadership experience in cloud, infrastructure, or AI technology companies
Deep technical knowledge of GPUs, cloud platforms, and AI/ML workloads
Proven track record of building and scaling global GTM strategies and revenue in high-growth environments
Experience leading and developing technical GTM teams across multiple geographies
Strong expertise in strategic partnerships, ecosystem plays, and enterprise client engagement
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, able to influence at technical and business levels
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, international scale-up environments
Strong organizational, leadership, and customer discovery skills
