We are currently recruiting for a CRM Manager to build, own, and lead the CRM strategy across primary care (clinics) and secondary care services. This role exists due to team growth and the need for someone with senior-level CRM expertise, particularly someone who can build CRM from the ground up for business areas that currently have no system in place.
Build an end‑to‑end CRM and contact strategy across Clinics and Health Services.
Develop segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle strategies for varied audiences (e.g., GP appointment customers vs. high-value health assessment customers).
Define requirements and lead implementation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboards, and data flows.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. This could include activity to:
Grow leads and organic brand awareness in the online marketplace.
Optimize our marketing automation and nurturing processes with a multi-channel strategy.
Establish analytics and revenue attribution strategy with our distribution team to continually refine our conversion process.
Generate leads for our partners and brand awareness in the market to grow our sales funnel.
Optimize existing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels to drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate with the Commercial Teams to find areas to enhance and improve the loyalty programme to increase customer LifeTime Value
Create, maintain, and deliver training, documentation, processes, practices, and tools needed to support our sales & marketing team at all stages of the sales pipeline in pursuit of new business.
Proven experience building CRM strategy from the ground up.
Strong understanding of:
Segmentation & audience profiling
Personalisation
Lifecycle journeys
Multi‑touchpoint communication planning
Experience using CRM systems (platform-agnostic).
Ability to develop prospecting and conversion journeys.
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional working skills.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus strong experience developing marketing communication and engagement programs.
