At Minders, we’re looking for a Martech Consultant to join our team!
In this role, you will have a regional impact, acting as a strategic partner for the Martech & Growth Analytics team. You will be responsible for creating and scaling frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in the implementation, usage, and adoption of analytics tools, especially Amplitude, across all industries and markets where we operate.
Your main focus will be empowering the team that works directly with clients, ensuring they adopt the methodologies, event definitions, data taxonomies, and analysis flows developed by the Chapter. You will also participate in strategic initiatives, enablement programs, and consulting projects specialized in data analytics.
Responsabilidades
- Design frameworks, methodologies, event taxonomies, and best practices for scalable analytics tool implementations (especially Amplitude).
- Standardize definitions, naming conventions, tracking structures, and technical guidelines to guarantee consistency across clients and teams.
- Document and maintain playbooks, templates, tracking diagrams, and tools within the Martech Hub (Notion).
- Support and advise the Martech and Growth teams in implementations, audits, analyses, and configurations.
- Participate in key client sessions to provide technical insights, validate requirements, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Lead the technical onboarding of new Minders within the Chapter, ensuring they can execute implementations and analyses with autonomy and quality.
- Act as the internal reference for Amplitude, exploring new features, advanced dashboards, predictive models, and analytical tools.
- Design use cases, experimentation hypotheses, behavioral models (behavioral cohorts, personas, journeys), and funnel, engagement, and retention analyses.
- Conduct implementation audits, identify tracking issues, and propose solutions to improve data quality.
- Design and facilitate technical enablement sessions to ensure adoption of taxonomies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Create educational content: playbooks, tutorials, step-by-step guides, workshops, and newsletters with Amplitude updates.
- Document learnings, experiments, and success stories in the Martech Hub.
- Contribute to strategic analytics and data-driven growth projects, generating actionable insights from multiple data sources.
- Propose innovative solutions adapted to various industries (fintech, retail, e-commerce, loanTech, SaaS, digital banking, etc.).
- Gather feedback from squads and clients to evolve frameworks, templates, and the Chapter’s service offering.
Requirements
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, martech, data strategy, or growth.
- Strong knowledge of Amplitude and experience with its implementation, analysis, configuration, and data visualization.
- Experience building or auditing event taxonomies, tracking maps, and analytical models.
- Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data and using data analytics tools (SQL preferred).
- Experience proposing and implementing data-driven strategies: activation, retention, monetization, journeys, experiments, and cohorts.
- Nice to have: experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Segment, Rudderstack, or other martech/analytics tools.
- Excellent technical communication, documentation, and collaborative skills.
- Interest or experience facilitating technical workshops or training sessions.
