** What’s this role about?**
We’re looking for an Enablement Specialist who’s passionate about helping teams learn, grow, and perform at their best. In this role, you’ll lead engaging training sessions, help scale impactful enablement programs, and play a key part in supporting the success of our customer-facing teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys facilitating live learning experiences, collaborating across teams, and bringing structure and energy to a fast-moving environment. You’ll have the chance to own initiatives, influence how enablement is delivered, and help create programs that make a measurable impact across the business.
What will I be doing?
Facilitate engaging, high-quality onboarding and ongoing enablement sessions for customer-facing teams
Take ownership of running and coordinating enablement programs, ensuring a strong learner experience from planning through delivery
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Marketing Management (PMM), Product, and Revenue Enablement team members, to support product training initiatives and business priorities
Help identify enablement needs and training gaps across customer-facing teams
Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enablement content and learning materials, including e-learning content
Coordinate training logistics, communications, and timelines across multiple stakeholders and initiatives
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support programs operating against tight timelines
Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining strong alignment and communication with stakeholders and teammates
Proactively communicate progress, risks, and timeline changes to ensure projects remain on track
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in enablement, facilitation, and training delivery for customer-facing teams
Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading live virtual and/or in-person training sessions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and improve
Are there bonus points?
Experience using tools such as Jira, Articulate, Litmos, Salesforce, and Looker
Familiarity with SaaS, product enablement, or customer-facing revenue teams
Experience supporting and reinforcing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or similar revenue frameworks

At Auvik, our compensation philosophy is to be market competitive, reward performance, reflect our commitment to equity and maintain transparency with our employees. We have defined job levels and compensation ranges for each of our markets we employ, based on research from various sources of market data, which are reviewed on a regular basis.
The hiring range for this position is listed below. Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below.
In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik’s future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies.
Salary Range:
$75,000—$98,000 CAD
