You'll be a key member of the EMEA GTM & Digital Sales team. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role, accountable for driving retail partner engagement and orchestrating internal teams through the CODE process, the rhythm that defines how we engage with partners across EMEA, with a strong focus on delivering end-to-end strategies from sell-in to sell-through.
You will work in close partnership with EMEA NMP teams, Sport teams, Business Integration, and the Strategic Account teams, leading seamless coordination across all CODE gates and championing two critical transformation workstreams. The role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Account Engagement & CODE.

You bring:
Extensive experience in commercial strategy/ transformation, with strong exposure to strategic accounts and complex cross- functional environments
Advanced communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex CODE strategy into clear, compelling narratives across the organization
Strong strategic planning and program leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of managing multi-workstream initiatives and seasonal transformation programs
Deep expertise in end-to-end B2B processes, including how information, tools, and content flow across platforms such as Nike.net
A sophisticated marketplace and account portfolio mindset, with the ability to understand partner landscapes across all tiers and serve diverse Strategic Account needs at scale
Executive-level stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to navigate, align, and influence across all organizational levels and geographies
A change leadership orientation, ability to drive transformation ambiguously, build trust quickly, and foster inclusive collaboration across diverse, matrixed teams
Demonstrated experience leading pilot programs and process re-engineering, ideally within GTM, commercial, or sales operations environments
In this role, you will:
Own and lead the end-to-end CODE process for Nike partners across EMEA, ensuring robust and seamless execution across all relevant CODE gates
Drive the execution of cross-functional CODE gates, bringing Nike's seasonal strategy to life across the EMEA marketplace, the key touchpoints where our Nike teams engage with partners
Lead the seasonal journey planning and execution in alignment with the CODE agenda, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are prepared and enabled
Champion cross-functional alignment and communication across EMEA NMP, Sport, Business Integration, and Strategic Account teams to enable high-quality CODE execution
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives that contribute to the continuous evolution of CODE for Nike partners
Own and maintain the EMEA cross-functional CODE calendar, ensuring clarity and visibility for all stakeholders
Build understanding of how CODE impacts business processes and lead the creation of new frameworks and clarity in execution methodology
Lead the evolution of CODE for EMEA Sales, including the design and management of structured pilot programs across selected markets and account tiers, with the goal of simplifying the commercial calendar while preserving the depth and quality of partner engagement
Drive the Product Engagement phase across all Strategic Accounts in EMEA, defining a scalable engagement model that ensures Nike's seasonal product portfolio is deeply embedded into partner buying decisions, ranging plans, and consumer activation strategies

Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to define, track, and act on meaningful metrics that assess the quality and commercial impact of partner engagement
