The Nextpower International Sales Operations Analyst will be based in Sorocaba (SP), Brazil. This position is responsible for supporting the global Sales and Sales Operations by enabling data‑driven decisions, maintaining reporting standards, and partnering cross‑functionally to advance international sales priorities. The ideal candidate will build and maintain dashboards and reports, fulfill ad‑hoc analysis requests, and serve as a liaison among International Sales, Sales Operations, Business Systems/reporting developers, and other departments. This position reports to the Sr. International Sales Operations Analyst and is critical for cross-functional support, reporting, and communication.

Deliver accurate, timely CRM reporting and drive continuous system improvements and modifications.

Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to drive consistent reporting standards and processes.
Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and recurring reports; respond to ad‑hoc analysis requests to optimize commercial and operational outcomes.
Own CRM reporting and partner on enhancements and configuration changes.
Support Business Systems improvements by partnering with Sales and Sales Operations to address issues, define requirements, and test solutions (projects, tickets, user acceptance testing—UAT); coordinate with internal teams and/or third‑party consultants to implement updates to production.
Generate Sales Reports & Presentations and present to a wide variety of stakeholders.
Develop excellent working relationships with other Nextpower departments to ensure best-in-class quality of support, internally and externally.
Adopt and utilize technology to automate tasks and eliminate manual bottlenecks, allowing the completion of repetitive work faster.
3+ years of B2B sales support experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a technical field.
Experience in sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, or program management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (NetSuite preferred) systems.
Strong analytical skills; ability to visualize and interpret data, including forecasting, cash flow, upsides/downsides, and financial modeling.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to document business processes, use cases, and business requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Languages: Portuguese (native or fully professional), English (professional working), and Spanish (professional working).
