As a Salesforce Developer - Senior Associate you will help clients optimize business processes by designing, building, and supporting Salesforce solutions that align with their operational needs within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex needs, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while developing your skills in a client-facing environment. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to Salesforce configuration, application support, issue resolution, and implementation efforts, while using critical thinking, data-driven insights, and a broad set of consulting methods to deliver work that supports client objectives and creates space for professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Developing Salesforce applications and configured components to support client business needs - Analyzing requirements and translating them into technical solutions across Salesforce platforms - Building custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation to improve process efficiency - Integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs, data mapping, and middleware tools - Troubleshooting application issues and resolving defects across development, test, and deployment stages - Reviewing code, configuration, and solution designs to support quality delivery and maintainable architecture - Collaborating with client stakeholders to gather input, refine technical approaches, and align solutions to business objectives - Supporting release planning, testing activities, and deployment readiness for Salesforce initiatives - Mentoring junior team members through technical guidance, peer review, and knowledge sharing - Interpreting data and system behavior to identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems - Demonstrating Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning knowledge in client work - Applying analytical thinking to break down complex business processes - Interpreting data for recommendations across Salesforce delivery efforts - Navigating ambiguity while supporting evolving client needs and project scope - Collaborating across teams while developing meaningful client connections
