We’re a leading provider of tax filing software that helps individuals and businesses simplify the complexities of tax season. Our marketing and product teams move fast, test often, and focus on what drives real results. How we operate internally plays a critical role in how we show up for customers across channels.
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Operations Manager to help keep our creative engine running smoothly.
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Manager to help improve how our marketing and creative work gets done.
In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day flow of work across marketing and creative—from intake through delivery—while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, introduce automation, and apply AI in practical ways that help teams move faster and produce stronger work.
You’ll partner closely with designers, copywriters, channel owners, product marketing, legal, and leadership in a fast-moving environment. You won’t manage people, but you will lead through influence—building strong relationships, keeping work on track, and improving how teams operate together.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, identifies inefficiencies, and quickly implements better ways of working.
Own workflow & execution
Serve as the primary owner of marketing and creative workflows across channels (paid media, CRM, product pages, lifecycle, etc.)
Ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and moving efficiently from request through delivery
Track projects end-to-end, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and removing roadblocks
Improve and scale how work gets done
Identify inefficiencies and simplify how teams operate with an aim to reducing friction, clarifying inputs, and improving structure
Build & refine workflows, templates, and processes that are easy to use and scalable
Continuously improve how work flows across teams
Drive automation and operational efficiency
Implement workflow automations across intake, routing, approvals, and status tracking
Reduce manual coordination and repetitive work so teams can focus on higher-value output
Apply AI in practical ways
Identify opportunities to use AI to save time and improve output (brief creation, task generation, QA, reporting)
Integrate AI tools into real workflows to support day-to-day execution
Stay current on emerging tools and bring forward practical applications
Coordinate stakeholders and support key initiatives
Build strong relationships across marketing, creative, product, legal, and leadership teams
Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations across stakeholders
Help coordinate campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional programs to ensure on-time delivery
5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or similar roles.
Proven experience managing multiple projects at once, from intake through delivery, in a cross-functional environment.
Experience working closely with creative teams (design, copy, content), marketing/channel owners, legal counsel, and leadership teams.
Hands-on experience with project/work management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Workfront, or similar).
Experience improving workflows, implementing process changes, or introducing automation.
Exposure to or experience using AI tools in a business or marketing context.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
Project management certification is a plus but not required.
Opportunity to develop and grow as part of a supportive team.
Hands-on experience improving how marketing and creative teams operate.
A collaborative environment where initiative and ownership are valued.
