Duration: 6 months Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid) Reports to: APAC Marketing Operations Manger
Role
Support the APAC marketing team with marketing operations: data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups). SQL is a plus.
Some exposure to Salesforce. Familiarity with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
Working English. Mandarin is a plus.
Available full-time for 6 months.
Responsibilities
Clean and maintain marketing data in Salesforce: deduplicate leads and accounts, fix field inconsistencies, apply naming conventions, correct lead source and campaign attribution.
Maintain internal marketing lists: target accounts, event attendees, campaign contacts.
Review weekly and monthly marketing numbers (MQLs, SQLs, opportunity influence, campaign ROI) and flag errors before reporting.
Build and update Looker Studio dashboards for pipeline, channel performance, events, and campaigns.
Support campaign launches: UTM tagging, form mapping, list uploads, post-campaign data reconciliation.
Document data hygiene processes.
