Responsabilidades
Conferir pedidos de compra (verificar se os dados na proposta assinada estão corretos de acordo com a cotação).
Fazer o lançamento de pedidos no sistema (inserir o pedido no sistema Datasul/TMS/Saleforce/Qlickview e demais ferramentas e sistemas utilizados pela Terex, incluindo valores, descontos e demais informações)
Administração geral de pedidos de compras (responsabilidade pela entrada de pedidos desde o recebimento da ordem de compra até a entrega da máquina ao cliente).
Ponto focal de atendimento a clientes, vendedores e fornecedores por telefone, e-mail e WhatsApp (atendimento a dúvidas e informações comerciais diversas, como por exemplo: preço, produto, prazo de entrega, documentação de venda etc.).
Follow-ups de prazos de entrega e acompanhamento de pedidos (FUP com clientes externos e internos para posicionar sobre entrega de produtos e pendências dos pedidos).
Preparar cotações de venda (auxiliar o time comercial quando necessário na emissão de cotações de venda).
Preparar relatório gerenciais (preparar relatórios gerenciais diversos, ex. controle de estoque, controle de entrada de pedidos e cotações, controle de vendas, previsão de vendas, e demais relatórios comerciais.).
Preparar apresentações gerenciais (auxiliar o preparo de apresentações para reuniões diversas).
Administrar estoques de máquinas (controle de estoques e datas de produção na fábrica).
Participar de reuniões comerciais e de projetos.
Preparar forecast de vendas e produção de máquinas.
Acompanhamento de importações de máquinas aos centros de distribuição no Brasil e no México.
