  • Coordinate lead capture, routing, tracking, and handoff processes in partnership with Marketing and business teams

  • Monitor data quality, consent, preferences, and audience segmentation practices in accordance with privacy, compliance, and governance requirements

  • Build and maintain campaign reports, dashboards, and recurring performance updates; identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Document workflows, standard operating procedures, platform configurations, and training materials

  • Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues, coordinate resolution with internal partners and vendors, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders

  • Support testing, implementation, and adoption of new marketing technology, integrations, and process improvements

  • Stay current on marketing operations, automation, analytics, data privacy, and platform best practices

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights -Journeys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools

  • Experience building and supporting automated customer journeys, behavior-triggered email campaigns, audience segmentation, lead management, testing, and performance reporting

  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of CRM data, data hygiene, consent management, and digital marketing compliance practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommended actions
