Visit websiteNetDocuments is seeking a RevOps & Data Governance Analyst to support our global revenue organization through strong CRM data governance, recurring reporting, operational support, and process improvement. You’ll operate as an extension of our US-based Revenue Operations team, helping ensure the accuracy and consistency of revenue data while providing reliable reporting and maintaining well-documented operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working across CRM and reporting systems, and interested in using AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
You will:
CRM Auditing & Data Governance
Perform recurring CRM audits to identify duplicate records, missing required fields, incorrect stage assignments, and inconsistent data usage.
Execute data cleanup initiatives, including account and contact deduplication, data normalization, and territory updates.
Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and hygiene metrics and report on trends and areas requiring attention.
Apply established field governance standards and document data quality issues and violations.
Help maintain reliable CRM data that supports reporting, forecasting, and revenue operations.
Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain recurring performance dashboards and reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting using validated and accurate data.
Support quota coverage, territory tracking, and other recurring Revenue Operations reporting needs.
Fulfill ad hoc reporting and analysis requests within established turnaround expectations.
Validate reporting outputs and investigate discrepancies before distribution.
Process Documentation & Improvement
Document current-state Sales and Revenue Operations processes and workflows.
Maintain accurate, organized, and version-controlled process documentation.
Identify workflow inefficiencies, data issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Recommend structured improvements that increase consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
AI & Automation Enablement
Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and scripting to reduce manual work across reporting and data management.
Automate repetitive workflows where appropriate, including reporting, data cleanup, and validation activities.
Experiment with emerging AI and productivity tools and evaluate their applicability to Revenue Operations.
Provide recommendations for AI-driven efficiency improvements and help implement solutions that deliver measurable value.
Operational Support & Collaboration
Partner with the US-based Revenue Operations team to support ongoing operational priorities and projects.
Manage assigned work against established SLAs and communicate progress, issues, and dependencies.
Support data and reporting requests from stakeholders across the global revenue organization.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across recurring operational activities.
3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, analytics, business operations, or a related role.
Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including working with and analyzing large datasets.
Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform.
Experience performing CRM data audits, cleanup, validation, or data governance activities.
Experience creating recurring reports and dashboards using CRM, spreadsheet, or business intelligence data.
Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Experience documenting operational processes and maintaining structured documentation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience using AI productivity tools to improve efficiency in day-to-day work.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce data governance and administration.
Experience supporting a SaaS Revenue Operations or Sales Operations organization.
Experience with data visualization and dashboard development in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Experience using SQL, Python, or other scripting tools for data analysis or workflow automation.
Experience building automated workflows or integrating AI into operational processes.
Experience working as part of a globally distributed team.
