Automation Anywhere is hiring a high-impact Partner Success Manager to drive the success of our most strategic partners across APA and Aisera. This is not a traditional enablement role. You will operate as a technical partner quarterback, owning the translation from enablement → execution → measurable business outcomes. You will work side-by-side with partners and Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to ensure partners can sell with credibility, implement with confidence, and deliver customer value at scale. You will be accountable for turning partner capability into real adoption, successful implementations, and referenceable outcomes—bringing a combination of deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and relentless execution. We are looking for someone who operates with a “one team, one initiative, outcome-first” mindset and thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
Own Partner Outcomes (Not Just Activity):
Own and drive outcome-based partner success, including:
Adoption and utilization of APA and Aisera
Implementation of success and time-to-value
Creation of referenceable customers and success stories
Hold partners accountable to delivering measurable customer outcomes, not just completing training
Identify gaps and take decisive action to improve partner performance and impact
Be the Technical Quarterback:
Act as the go-to technical authority for partners across architecture, implementation, and deployment
Step into critical deals and implementations to add credibility, accelerate progress, and unblock execution
Guide partners through real-world solution design, integrations, and deployment challenges
Operate comfortably at both deep technical levels and executive conversations
Drive First Mile → Middle Mile → Last Mile Success:
First Mile: Ensure partner-sourced deals are set up for successful execution, with strong use cases and clear implementation paths
Middle Mile: Help partners evolve from initial wins to repeatable, scalable delivery, improving quality and consistency
Last Mile: Ensure partners deliver real customer value, leading to expansion, adoption, and referenceable success
Elevate Partner Capability Through AAU:
Ensure partners fully leverage AAU learning paths, certifications, and resources
Translate enablement into practical, field-ready capability and execution
Partner with internal enablement teams to continuously refine and raise the bar on partner readiness
Operate as One Team with PAMs:
Partner tightly with PAMs to align on partner strategy, pipeline, and growth
Act as a unified front—combining technical depth + GTM execution to drive partner success
Improve pipeline quality, deal velocity, and conversion through stronger partner capability
Go Deep. Go Wide. Drive Influence:
Build credibility with partner technical teams, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders
Go deep in technical expertise while expanding influence across the partner organization
Bridge business and technical conversations, aligning solutions to clear customer outcomes and ROI
6–10+ years in solution engineering, technical account management, professional services, or partner-facing technical roles
Proven track record of driving successful implementations and customer outcomes in enterprise SaaS, AI, or automation environments
Strong expertise in automation, AI, or enterprise workflows (RPA, Agentic AI, ITSM, etc.)
Ability to lead architecture, solution design, and implementation discussions with confidence
Hands-on, practical approach to problem solving and execution
Ability to connect technical capabilities to business value and measurable outcomes
Experience influencing customer-facing conversations, deals, and partner strategy
Strong understanding of how partners build, sell, and scale practices
Operates with extreme ownership and accountability for outcomes
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Strong collaborator who can align teams around shared goals and execution
Brings a bias for action, urgency, and continuous improvement
Partners can independently sell, implement, and scale APA and Aisera solutions with high quality
Increased adoption, utilization, and expansion across partner-led deals
Faster time-to-value and higher implementation success rates
