As a Salesforce Developer, you will join our Enterprise Systems team and be part of all things Salesforce — helping manage the platform’s day-to-day operations, driving adoption, and turning business needs into well-structured workflows and insights. This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the potential of Salesforce to improve operations, automate processes, and provide data that drives smarter decisions.

Location: This role is hybrid. You will be required to work from our Toronto office 3-days a week, located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
Participate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectives
Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery
Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed
Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
Stay up-to-date on the Salesforce platform’s evolving capabilities, and bring recommendations to the team
Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in Salesforce consulting or development
Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
Development experience with Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components
Development experience with integration middleware platforms such as Mulesoft (nice-to-have)
Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Github, Copado, Gearset) and agile software delivery
Proven ability to work well independently and within a team environment
Excellent client-facing and oral communication skills
College degree, or equivalent experience required
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II or other certifications (nice to have)
Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud or NetSuite integration a plus
