Using strong communication skills and deadline management, Sales Operations will effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions, accomplishing tasks of moderate to high complexity and scope, and have the ability to perform in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The Regional Sales Operations role supports all Business Development efforts in the region.
Reports to Regional Vice President
Sales Support
Support and attend weekly regional sales meetings
Manage and distribute sales leads
Organize sales training sessions for your region
Manage company visitors and arrange meeting schedules with sales team
Reporting
Deliver reporting on a frequent basis to support sales initiatives and data integrity
Leader, expert and advocate of Sales Enablement tools
Closely aligned with Geo Sales Operations for all sales reporting
Bids
Facilitate bid organization and responses for region’s bid owners (Executive summaries, qualitative responses, formatting,
deadline management, accuracy of response, etc.)
Regional expert on bid management and facilitation
Events
Coordinate and deliver customer-facing regional events for the Business Development teams
Analyze and deliver survey responses
Marketing
Regional leader, expert and advocate of templates and branding guidelines
Lead and manage regional marketing needs aligned with the regional Tactical Business Plan expectations
Coordinate with the regional Business Development teams to manage and deliver Targeted Marketing Campaign and Regional
Newsletter emails

Advocate GEO Sales Operations strategy
Work closely with GEO Sales Operations
Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of Business Development in the district/region

2-5 years in Business Development, Marketing, Communications or Project Management roles
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
The ability to work off-site for local events
The ability to travel for trainings or events as needed
Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to interpret and act upon sales analytics insights to drive regional strategies.

The wage for this position is $70,304.00 - additional compensation such as bonus, commission, and other allowances for which you may be eligible.
