Sales Ops Analyst is a vital member of the Sales Operations department and is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and providing insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Forecasting: Assisting in sales forecasting and budgeting to help the organization plan and set targets.

  • Reporting: Generating regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and other relevant metrics.

  • Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to sales processes and workflows.

  • Sales Support: Providing support to the sales team by ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and information.

  • CRM Management: Managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Training:Assisting in training sales representatives on tools, processes, and best practices.

  • Communication: Collaborating with various departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.

  • Sales Technology: Evaluating and implementing sales technology tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performance Metrics: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve sales performance.

  • Market Research: Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in the Business Administration, Data Analysis, statistics, or any related Discipline

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Data analytics, Business analyst, BI

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding data analysis, sales processes, CRM, BI tools

Skills
