YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate graduate that would like to work in Data Cloud – AI Solution field.

Working alongside the tutor in our teams, your role will involve:

• Growth in projects related to Salesforce Data Science & AI

• Connect multiple types of data from different data sources and harmonize them in a unified data view

• Query and analyze data using Data Cloud insights

• Creates and tests Data Cloud Segments

• Output data to multiple sources to act on data

• Use AI to predict behavior

• Ground your data for use with AI

• Collaborates with developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and how data can be structured for AI.

• Support the development and customization of the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze business requirements and help deliver scalable and maintainable CRM solutions.

• Assist with testing, debugging, and technical documentation, contributing to releases and continuous improvement of Salesforce applications.

YOUR PROFILE:

• STEM degree

• Good knowledge of the English language

• Good communication skills

• Strong problem solving skills

Motivation, responsibility, autonomy and team working orientation are key factors.

Nice to have:

Degree thesis in Data Science or eventually in generative AI
