You will work closely with our CRM Manager, with a main focus on designing, building, and improving technical solutions within Salesforce.

Work with the team to determine when a solution is best implemented through custom code and when Salesforce’s declarative capabilities are the better choice.
Continuously improve existing functionality based on user feedback, technical insights, and evolving business needs.
Troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and other teams to ensure Salesforce integrates smoothly into our wider ecosystem.
Stay curious about new Salesforce capabilities and evaluate where they could bring real value to our users and business.
Contribute to good development practices, code quality, and the long-term maintainability of our Salesforce environment.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Solid experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce’s declarative capabilities.
Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, platform architecture, and development best practices.
Experience with SOQL and REST APIs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down technical challenges and find pragmatic solutions.
You take ownership of development tasks and drive them forward, while knowing when to ask questions or involve others.
You are curious and eager to learn. When you encounter something unfamiliar, your first instinct is to understand it and give it a try.
You enjoy challenging existing solutions and looking for simpler, smarter, or more efficient approaches.
You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
You are fluent in English.
