This role is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the end-to-end revenue engine across multiple go-to-market motions, ensuring seamless handoffs, data-driven insights, and exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the architecture of CRM, automation, and analytics systems while embedding AI-powered workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual work. This position requires a combination of technical execution, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams. Own the revenue architecture across multiple GTM motions, including SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and clinician engagement, ensuring clean pipeline stages, handoffs, and conversion metrics
Administer and maintain CRM and operational systems (HubSpot, ChiliPiper, Gong, Cargo, Unify, DocuSign, Arrows, Pylon, Chameleon) and integrate new tools as needed
Build AI-native workflows for lead routing, CRM hygiene, reporting, and outbound enrichment, reducing manual overhead and enabling intelligent automation
Develop dashboards, reporting, and attribution methodology for leadership and finance, collaborating with data teams to align GTM and financial insights
Architect campaign and outbound infrastructure, including account prioritization, signal-based triggers, and sequence tooling
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and actionable intelligence across marketing, sales, implementation, and customer success
5–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations within B2B SaaS
Hands-on CRM administration experience, including workflow logic, pipeline architecture, and integrations
Proven ability to design and manage 2+ distinct GTM motions with separate pipeline definitions and handoff workflows
AI-native execution skills, including shipping production-grade automations and leveraging LLM tools for operational efficiency
Strong technical execution, including building automations, troubleshooting APIs, and auditing data quality
Data architecture rigor and ability to manage data integrity across multi-system environments
Excellent cross-functional communication, translating sales, marketing, and data requirements effectively
Early-stage startup experience, comfortable scaling operations from Series A through C
Knowledge of HIPAA-aware systems and secure handling of sensitive data
Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub, Unify, Arrows, Pylon, or ChiliPiper
Prior healthcare or life sciences GTM experience
Familiarity with AI enrichment pipelines and automation tools
Pacific timezone availability for remote work, or willingness to work in-office 2 days/week in San Francisco
