Execute and own assigned Chinese locale campaigns across Web & App from planning through go-live. The role independently coordinates with business stakeholders, localizes campaign content, manages campaign setup, resolves operational issues, and ensures first-time-right execution. In addition to daily campaign operations, the Officer supports localization improvements, QA testing and provides operational guidance to Campaign Operation Support during peak campaign periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Campaign Preparation
Read and comprehend campaign briefs, grasping requirements without rework.
Write, localize, and refine campaign copy in Chinese, and in Thai or English as needed.
Spot-check artwork (AW) for correctness before build; structure clear flexi-page wireframes / layouts.
Follow up on missing inputs; confirm SKUs and assets are complete and aligned.
Campaign Execution & Set-Up
Localize and set up campaigns across Web & App using all platform tools, with fluency in every module and its correct set-up method (banners, landing pages, flexi-pages, product mapping, scheduling).
Configure content, promotion rules and SKU set-up correctly the first time, following SOPs.
Hold pace and quality during peak campaign volume.
Post-QC Check
Catch mistakes before and after go-live with rigorous quality control.
Verify parity and correctness across both Web & App.
Tackle issues and fix or escalate quickly; spot ways to improve the customer journey.

Own assigned work end-to-end and follow through without reminders.
Propose process or automation improvements.
Chinese proficiency equivalent to HSK 5 or above (or equivalent business proficiency) and intermediate English able to write and refine campaign copy in Chinese and English, and flex to Thai. Chinese-EN / Chinese-TH capable so as not to be limited to Chinese-only work. English at business conversational level.
Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Chinese Literature, E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in Campaign Operations, E-commerce, or related roles (strong interest in fast-paced digital platform environments for New Gen).
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); quick to learn CMS and campaign set-up tools across Web & App.
Strong ownership, follow-through, attention to detail, and a willingness to propose improvements.
Flexibility to work late hours and operate on a shift-based schedule during key campaign periods.
