As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Hyland, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. You'll analyze trends, maintain reporting tools, and help ensure the integrity of the data that powers our operations — all while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
Perform risk analyses by gathering and interpreting business trend data with guidance from team members
Track and maintain key metrics and dashboards to support business visibility
Summarize analytical findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders
Conduct data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and reliability across data sources
Compose internal documentation detailing processes, methodologies, and findings
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve internal efficiencies, staying current on best practices and market trends

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a Data Analyst
Demonstrated success in performing analyses
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Advanced in Microsoft Office applications
Solid project management skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Demonstrated ability to focus on key issues, research, gather and integrate information from a variety of sources
Strong business and technology acumen
