We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales performance against targets across the entire Field Force (FF) to identify key trends, variances, and growth opportunities.
Develop and implement standardized sales reports and metrics.
Lead the development of dynamic and interactive sales performance dashboards using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI.
Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling, and actionable visual narratives for stakeholders.
Act as a key partner to the Sales and Marketing teams, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and enhance overall sales force effectiveness.
Facilitate regular performance review meetings with data support.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales databases and reporting systems.
Generate proactive, actionable insights from sales data to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performance.
Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar quantitative field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales analysis or BI, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
Strong critical thinking skills used to diagnose performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
Expert-level Excel (modeling and pivot tables) and Power BI proficiency; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
