As a Marketing Technology Specialist – HubSpot Administrator, you will be a key member of our global Marketing Technology team. You’ll lead the implementation and maintenance of HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM developments, supporting lifecycle management, campaign tracking, reporting, and integrations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing automation and data-driven operations.
Implement and enhance HubSpot features based on prioritized requirements from marketing and technology teams.
Manage troubleshooting and development requests, including field creation and property management.
Translate operational needs into scalable HubSpot solutions.
Maintain lead lifecycle stages aligned with business rules.
Develop lead scoring models based on qualification criteria.
Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and third-party Marketing tools
Monitor data flow between HubSpot and IFS CRM, ensuring you operate with a Marketing mindset whilst adhering to IT policies and governance as the owners of the integration design.
Maintain UTM parameters, tagging, and campaign naming conventions.
Support campaign performance tracking and dashboard maintenance.
Manage HubSpot CRM records within contractual limits to ensure HubSpot usage stays within agreed thresholds.
Support conversations and planning around HubSpot integrations, including third-party tools and CRM alignment.
Monitor and optimize workflows, including lead nurturing and re-engagement sequences.
Conduct regular audits of data quality, property usage, and system hygiene.
Train and support marketing users on HubSpot best practices and new features.
2–4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM workflows, and campaign tracking.
Proven ability to execute development work from external requirements.
Experience collaborating with Marketing Ops and/or Sales Ops teams.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and third-party marketing tools.
HubSpot certifications preferred.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery.
Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple requests.
Keen interest in HubSpot product updates and marketing tech trends.
Salary range 100K - 150K PLN per annum + 10% variable bonus
