Senior RevOps Specialist

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Ownership

• Serve as primary HubSpot admin: configuration, user management, governance.
• Design and maintain lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, custom properties, and workflows.
• Own lead capture, scoring, routing, and handoffs from marketing to sales to client success. Revenue Operations & Reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and teams (lead flow, funnel conversion, show rate, close rate, revenue, and unit economics).
• Maintain data hygiene (deduping, normalization, audits) and enforce data standards.
• Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve funnel performance. Cross-System Tech Support
• Manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot and other core systems (ads, scheduling, attribution, payments, learning platforms, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and proactively prevent data as breaks. Process & Documentation
• Map, document, and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey.
• Create clear SOPs and training for marketing, sales, and client success around systems usage.
