Purpose
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for providing analytics, preparation, and presentation of key sales drivers and financial results. This position partners cross-functionally with sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, Clinical, and other departments to provide sales analysis and support to help guide our best-in-class sales team. This critical position is a self-starter, high-performer, and highly analytical professional to support our team.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable datasets that support sales reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
Deliver strategic, data-driven insights to executive and sales leadership teams focusing on business trends, sales performance, and financial analysis.
Partner with sales leadership to track actual sales vs quota vs forecast and assist with quarterly planning.
Communicate with the sales team to drive awareness around customer activity, verify account alignments, and identify sales opportunities.
Leverage data management best practices to extract, clean, and validate sales data.
Prepare routine (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and ad hoc commercial reporting consistently with a high level of accuracy.
Support the calculation and payment of sales team variable compensation and provide field support for compensation related inquiries including analysis and reporting of commissions, guarantees, over quotas, MBOs, and other payments to the sales
Support in developing compensation plans and key metrics that drive sales rep behavior.
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary.

Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, from an accredited college or university
At least 2 year(s) of experience in business analytics or related field
Associate’s degree (or 60 credit hours) may be substituted to meet up to 2 years of experience
requirements.
Bachelor’s degree may be substituted to meet up to 4 years of experience
Master’s degree may be substituted to meet up to 6 years of experience
