Salesforce is the engine behind how Lightspeed runs - and we need someone to keep it humming.
As our Salesforce Administrator, you’ll own the day-to-day of our Salesforce platform: user setup, data quality, reports and dashboards, automation, and the projects that make our internal teams faster and smarter. You’ll report to our Senior Director, MIS, with technical mentorship from our Salesforce Product Manager. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to own the platform, not just tickets - and grow into bigger automation, integration, and AI-driven work as you go.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will:
Be the go-to for Salesforce support - triaging, resolving, and escalating tickets, and driving issues to resolution
Keep the platform running clean - user admin, data hygiene, reports, dashboards, and declarative automation
Own projects end to end - configuration, testing, documentation, deployment
Help us work smarter - supporting AI-driven automations and integrations across Salesforce and connected tools
Essential functions (not exhaustive, may be supplemented):
Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce service desk requests
Administer Salesforce - user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, groups, licenses
Maintain data quality through imports, updates, dedup, and hygiene processes
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, list views, and automation (flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts)
Own assigned Salesforce projects end to end, partnering with the Product Manager on bigger initiatives
Support onboarding, offboarding, and end-user training Monitor integrations with connected systems (e.g., NetSuite) and test releases and upgrades
Support, test, and maintain AI-driven automations and integrations
Document processes, configurations, and solutions in the team knowledge base
Follow and help enforce security, access, and change-management policies
Take on progressively more complex admin, automation, and integration work as you grow
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration (or comparable business-app admin) - stepping up from a junior/associate role? Apply anyway
Hands-on with declarative config and automation - flows, validation rules, page layouts, approval processes
Comfortable owning data quality and building reports/dashboards independently
Experience with tools like Adobe Sign, ChurnZero, Zapier, or n8n a plus
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) day-to-day, with interest in applying AI to automate admin work
Jira or similar project management experience
Strong documentation and QA habits
Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred, or working toward it
NetSuite or similar ERP exposure, plus general IT literacy (macOS, Microsoft 365, identity/access), a plus
Self-starter, sharp communicator, comfortable prioritizing multiple requests in a fast-paced, highgrowth environment
Available for flexible hours and occasional on-call support
