As a Salesforce Lwc Developer-SA, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Your role will be pivotal in interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the overall strategy and success of client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency - Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications - Collaborating with clients to develop and execute business application strategies - Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud to enhance client service capabilities - Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of new technologies - Engaging in business process modeling to align technology solutions with client objectives - Managing systems project management tasks to validate timely delivery of solutions - Conducting technical consultations to address client inquiries and provide innovative solutions - Implementing technology integration strategies to support enterprise software deployment - Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic recommendations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications - Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud - Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems - Developing training materials for Salesforce implementations - Embracing change and emerging technologies in client solutions - Implementing technology integration for enterprise software systems
