1. Marketing Automation & Workflow Development
Create and oversee automated workflows across email, in-app messaging, CRM, and lifecycle campaigns from the ground up.
Develop lead nurturing sequences tailored for prospects, users, and customers.
Automate flows for onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
2. Campaign Implementation
Launch automated campaigns focused on:
Product onboarding and feature adoption
Lead nurturing and qualification
Content distribution and lead magnets
Product launches and updates
Partner with content and product teams to maintain consistent messaging.
3. Tools & Platform Administration
Take ownership of and manage automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, make.com), CRM systems, and A/B testing tools.
Integrate automation tools with CRM systems, product analytics, and website forms.
Ensure data pipelines, segmentation logic, and tagging structures remain accurate and organized.
Implement and oversee Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics purposes.
4. Data Analysis & Optimization
Monitor campaign effectiveness through metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, activation, and retention.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, scheduling, and workflow designs.
Refine automation journeys driven by data insights.
Collaborate with analytics platforms like Mixpanel for event tracking and implementation.
5. Segmentation & Personalization
Develop sophisticated user segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and intent.
Customize communications using dynamic content and conditional logic.
Ensure adherence to opt-in regulations, data privacy standards, and industry best practices.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with product managers to align automation strategies with product workflows.
Assist sales or client teams with lead scoring and qualification methods.
Work alongside SEO and content teams to convert traffic into well-nurtured leads.
1-2 years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
Practical experience with at least one leading automation platform (Zapier, n8n, make.com).
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar, along with a solid understanding of basic data hygiene principles.
Basic coding skills for implementing Google Tag Manager and using Mixpanel for event tracking.
Strong comprehension of user journeys, funnels, and lifecycle stages.
Experience designing automated email and in-app campaigns.
An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance effectively.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
Basic knowledge of APIs or webhooks and their implementation across platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Framer, etc., to connect forms and trigger automations.
