Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring high availability and performance.

Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support KPI-driven decision-making.
Ensure high data quality, consistency, and system integrity.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role with a Salesforce Administrator Certificate.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, objects, permissions, automation).
Solid understanding of CRM processes (e.g., Sales, Service).
Experience with release and change management processes.
Experience working with integrations (REST APIs, middleware, common integration patterns).
Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and reporting in Salesforce.
Strong stakeholder communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
