We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations & Data Specialist to manage sales operations processes, optimize business workflows, and support data operations within the Salesforce Analytics Cloud environment. This role is critical in ensuring the sales organization runs effectively and efficiently by refining processes, resolving bottlenecks, and driving automation initiatives.
Manage and oversee sales data operations, continuously seeking opportunities for business process improvements.
Support Salesforce Analytics Cloud data operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and usability of sales data.
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel to provide actionable insights.
Deliver ad-hoc analytical support to sales teams and leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate and communicate professionally with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Units, Sales Operations, and Product Marketing.
Develop and execute long-term plans for process refinement and operations optimization, including driving IT initiatives for full automation solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance standards and maintain high-quality documentation of processes and workflows.
Provide training and guidance to sales teams on reporting tools and data usage best practices.
Partner with Finance and Pricing teams to support quote module operations and ensure accurate pricing configurations.
Assist in managing pricing strategies, discount structures, and approval workflows within Salesforce CPQ or equivalent modules.
Identify and resolve operational inconsistencies, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes across geographies and business units.
Strong ability to connect across multiple teams, geographies, and organizations effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Management, or similar roles.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Analytics Cloud, Power BI or similar tools.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Quote Module) and pricing management is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue operations.
Prior involvement in automation projects within Salesforce or related systems.
Experience in pricing strategy, discount approvals, and quote-to-cash processes.
Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and audit requirements in sales operations.
