Reporting to the Director, DTC Subscriber Growth, the Senior Manager of DTC Marketing Operations will play a critical role in supporting the launch and ongoing growth of MS NOW’s new-to-market subscription experience. This position will serve as the operational backbone of the Subscriber Growth team, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly across channels and that the team is equipped with the processes, tools, reporting, and coordination needed to succeed.
This role will focus on building and managing the workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination required to bring marketing campaigns to life—from campaign planning through QA, trafficking, and launch. Acting as a central hub across Creative, Media, Product, Editorial, Analytics, and Customer Care, this individual will ensure alignment, anticipate needs, and remove operational friction between the Subscriber Growth and cross-functional teams.

Maintain and manage the DTC marketing calendar to ensure alignment across campaigns, teams, and priorities
Own the end-to-end operational workflow for campaign execution, including coordinating timelines, QA, trafficking, and measurement of creative assets across channels and agency partners
Oversight of the Subscriber Growth team’s project management systems and reporting dashboards
Manage the creative review process with Legal and standards
Build and implement scalable processes and workflows - internal and with MarTech partners - to improve execution, efficiency, and coordination across all acquisition and retention efforts
Create and manage marketing attribution links, ensuring accuracy and consistency across campaigns
Act as the primary liaison to Customer Care, developing and maintaining training materials, FAQs, and promotional/refund guidance
Establish feedback loop with Customer Care to surface insights and inform campaign optimization and product improvements
Proactively identify gaps, anticipate team needs, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and campaign delivery
Ensure high standards of quality assurance across all campaign elements
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles
Experience in media, entertainment, or subscription-based businesses preferred
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
Hands-on experience with campaign trafficking, QA processes, and cross-channel execution
Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms (e.g., Kochava, Adobe, Amplitude) or similar
Experience working with project management and workflow tools such as Airtable, Jira, or similar platforms
Strategic thinker with a strong operational mindset, proactivity, and attention to detail
Proven ability to build processes and workflows in fast-paced, evolving environments
Strong cross-functional collaborator with the ability to communicate and influence across teams
Must be willing to work in New York, NY.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Salary Range: $135,000-$150,000, bonus eligible
