Creates customer-centric communications and the execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the markets
Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touch point aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision.
Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
Works with our product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams, will also ensure that communications are on-brand and impactful.
Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Implementation of Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters)
Creating and executing ad booking campaigns based on input from vendors and stakeholders
Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing
Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios
Aligns with other functions e.g., Campaigns & Promotions, Market representatives, Own Brand Food acceleration, Social Media, Loyalty on CRM activity including best practice sharing with other CRM Campaign managers across markets.
1-3 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience
BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field.
Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes, ideally with experience in FMCG;
Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving Campaigns
Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-impact projects
Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
