The Analyst for Commercial Advanced Analytics Western Europe supports data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business. The newly created position plays an instrumental role in the strategic priorities of CRM, focusing on Innovation growth, Margin expansion and Operations Excellence. The role is responsible for translating complex commercial, financial, and operational data into clear insights and tools that enable the business to optimize performance. This includes building and maintaining analytical solutions (e.g., SQL-based datasets, Power BI dashboards, AI-enabled analyses) and partnering closely with regional and country stakeholders to drive impactful actions.
Design, build, and manage dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights to sales, marketing, commercial operations, and operations stakeholder
Use AI tools (e.g., Power Platform solutions, such as embedding Copilot, AI Builder, or custom ML APIs within Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to automate analyses, enhance insight generation, and improve reporting efficiency
Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL-based data models, queries, and views to support commercial needs of Business and Functional Stakeholders for Western Europe CRM
Analyse commercial performance (e.g. portfolio mix, inventory/availability, distribution performances) and provide recommendations to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Support in preparing regular performance reviews and ad-hoc analyses for Western Europe leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes, reporting, and tools, focusing on simplification and high-impact priorities
Act as a role model for Insights and Analytics, proactively engaging stakeholders and challenging assumptions where needed to drive better decisions and become the Subject Matter Expert for analytics and represent Commercial Operations in the appropriate IT forums with Global Functions
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as: Information Technology / Computer Science Supply Chain / Operations, Management, Business, Economics, or related discipline with a background from a manufacturing sector (e.g., healthcare, pharma, medical devices, FMCG, technology, or similar), with exposure to complex commercial and operational environments and 3–5 years of experience in a commercial operations, business analytics, or similar role
Strong proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R for data analysis (data extraction, transformation, performance optimization), advanced skills in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design, performance tuning) and experience with AI tools (e.g., copilots, advanced analytics, predictive modelling, or other generative AI/ML tools) applied to business analysis and reporting
Experience building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate and a solid understanding of ERP/CRM and data structures; ability to work with IT and data teams on integrations and data flows

Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations concepts (e.g., P&L, margin, inventory, service levels, demand planning), proven ability to focus on fewer, high-impact priorities and manage trade-offs to deliver maximum value and comfortable working in fast-paced, competitive environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
