Working at Teamtailor means being part of a dynamic, fast-paced tech company that values impact and responsibility. Our workplace fosters an environment where everyone can contribute meaningfully to the growth of the company. ๐๐ฅณ
The Senior Revenue Systems Administrator owns how our revenue systems are run, supported and governed day to day, and leads our support process.
Revenue Systems runs the tools that about 440 people across many teams use every day, from Sales and Customer Success to Finance and Data: Salesforce as our hub, and around it tools for conversation intelligence, scheduling, enrichment, contracts, billing and customer success. We are turning the team into a product team, where each tool has an owner, a direction and outcomes we measure.
In this role, you are responsible for the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of tools, from configuration and access to vendor relationships. You design and continuously improve how we support our users, and define how we measure it.
Support process. Own, design and continuously improve the support process end to end, from intake and triage to service levels, escalation and self-service.
KPIs. Define and own the operational KPIs for the systems you run and the support you provide, and report on them.
Vendor management. Manage the relationships with the vendors of your tools, including escalations, usage reviews and renewal preparation, and contribute to roadmap discussions.
Salesforce administration. Manage the security model, permission sets, sharing, validation rules, page layouts and declarative configuration.
Tool administration. Manage the configuration and health of the tools you are responsible for.
Access management. Manage the user lifecycle, licences and regular access reviews, including integration users, in line with company policies.
Compliance and data protection. Work with IT, Security and Legal to keep our tools compliant with GDPR and internal policies, and contribute to the user provisioning process.
Configuration governance. Apply and maintain the rules for which changes business administrators can make themselves.
Data operations. Run imports, deduplication and mass updates safely.
Coaching. Share your expertise with less experienced team members and support their development.
Within your first months, we expect you to:
Run a clear support process that users understand and trust
Put KPIs in place that show how our systems and support are performing
Build strong, proactive relationships with the vendors of your tools
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement listed below.
Advanced Salesforce administration: security model, permission set groups, sharing, validation rules and Flow
Experience administering other sales, marketing or customer success tools
Experience designing and running a support process, measured with KPIs
Vendor management experience, including renewals
User access and licence management across several tools
Safe handling of data operations: imports, deduplication and mass updates
Experience coaching or mentoring others
Experience supporting several business teams with different needs
Experience with single sign-on and automated user provisioning
Working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to CRM and go-to-market tools
Administering AI features within business tools
Certifications are not required.
You work closely with product managers, engineers and other administrators in the team, and you are the main contact for the vendors of your tools. Across the company, you work with business teams to understand their needs, and with IT, Security and Legal on access, provisioning and compliance.
If this opportunity excites you, we look forward to receiving your application!
