Lead strategy planning and management of end-to-end teleassist campaigns aligned with product and growth strategies.
Define customer segmentation framework, targeting logic and contact strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Develop campaign roadmaps and execution plans to support business priorities.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities to improve conversion, reach and productivity.
Coordinate with stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations and Distribution Channels) to ensure seamless campaign rollout.
Conduct campaign reviews and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance and insights.
Serve as the business owner for Salesforce and related campaign management platforms.
Drive Salesforce governance, user adoption and CRM best practices across the Direct Sales channel.
Lead dashboard governance and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
Gather business requirements and coordinate enhancement initiatives with Technology teams.
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop enhancement roadmaps to support business growth.
Lead onboarding, training and activation programmes for new and existing sales staff.
Develop user guides, training materials and communication plans to improve capability and utilisation.
Monitor sales productivity trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
Support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives for Direct Sales.
Drive sales engagement, recognition and performance improvement programmes.
Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
Prepare management reports, business reviews and performance updates for leadership discussions.
Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline and/or non-degree holders with strong related working experience.
Over 4 years' relevant experience in campaign management, sales enablement, CRM management, sales operations or direct sales channel support.
Experience in driving sales programmes, campaign strategies and business improvement initiatives.
Experience in Salesforce CRM, customer data platforms or campaign management tools will be an added advantage.
Thorough productivity and quality management knowledge with strong ability and discipline for sales teams.
Good understanding of direct sales operations, telemarketing campaigns and customer targeting strategies.
Good grasp and appreciation of systems and applications including Salesforce CRM and digital tools.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good team building and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Ability to lead training, onboarding and activation programmes.
Time management and organizational skills.
Excellent languages’ ability, presentation and proposal writing skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to change.
